Legal

The legal stuff, in plain English

Everything about how this site treats you: privacy, cookies, terms, purchases, reviews and accessibility. Last updated 26 August 2026.

The short version

We collect only what you type into our forms. We never sell your data. Payments go through Stripe, bookings through iClosed, and nothing optional loads until you say yes in the cookie banner. Results shown on this site are real member outcomes, not promises. Anything here you want actioned, one email does it: [email protected].

01

Privacy

CoderCo runs this website. For anything privacy-related, email[email protected].

We collect only what you give us. If you fill in a form, that is your name and email. If you book a call, your booking details are handled by iClosed, our scheduling provider. If you become a member, payments are processed by Stripe. We use this information to reply to you, set up your call, deliver what you asked for (like the free roadmap book) and send you emails you signed up for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that make the site work: our CRM and email platform, iClosed for bookings, Stripe for payments, and the video platforms where you choose to press play. Analytics and embedded media only run if you accept them in the cookie banner.

We keep your details for as long as we are talking to you or you are a member, then as long as the law requires. Want to see, fix or delete what we hold about you? Email[email protected] and we will do it.

02

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies to run. Analytics and embedded media (video players, the booking form) only load if you accept them in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored on your device, and you can change it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

03

Terms of use

The content on this site is for general information. The content, design and branding belong to CoderCo. Real member posts and reviews belong to the people who wrote them and are shown with the platform they were posted on. Product names and logos like AWS, Docker and Kubernetes belong to their owners and appear only to identify the technologies we teach. Please do not copy or republish site content without asking.

Academy membership itself is governed by the membership agreement you receive when you join, which takes priority over this page for members. To the extent the law allows, CoderCo is not liable for losses arising from your use of this website.

04

Purchases & refunds

Pricing and payment options are confirmed on your enrolment call before you pay anything, and all payments are processed securely by Stripe. The refund position for the Academy is confirmed on that call and set out in your membership agreement. Nothing here reduces your statutory consumer rights. Questions before or after joining:[email protected].

05

Reviews & results

Salary figures and member outcomes shown across this site are real results reported by members of the community. They are examples, not promises: your outcome depends on your starting point, the work you put in and the job market. CoderCo does not guarantee employment or any particular salary.

Testimonial screenshots are real public posts, unedited beyond cropping. The Trustpilot rating shown reflects our profile at the time of publication; the live figure is always onour Trustpilot page.

06

Accessibility

We want this site to be usable by everyone: it supports keyboard navigation, visible focus states, alt text on real images and reduced-motion preferences. If anything here is hard for you to use, email [email protected] and we will fix it.
